Lead revenue generation and census growth across a dynamic 7-community portfolio in the South-Central region, with expansion to 10-11 communities as Pegasus Senior Living continues its strategic growth trajectory. Based in Dallas, drive sales performance, market positioning, and occupancy optimization while coaching Community Sales Directors to exceed move-in goals and build robust sales pipelines.
Key Accountabilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies that maximize occupancy and revenue across multiple communities. Partner with on-site sales teams to refine lead generation tactics, improve conversion rates, and enhance the prospect experience from first inquiry through move-in. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and referral source relationships to identify growth opportunities and overcome census challenges.
Core Impact Areas: Own sales performance metrics across the portfolio including lead volume, conversion rates, tour-to-move-in ratios, and occupancy targets. Provide hands-on coaching and professional development to Community Sales Directors, elevating their consultative selling skills and accountability. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging, address service gaps, and ensure seamless transitions for new residents and families.
Strategic Leadership: Travel extensively throughout the South-Central region to conduct ride-alongs, lead sales meetings, and provide real-time coaching on objection handling and relationship building. Leverage CRM data and analytics to forecast census trends and course-correct underperforming communities. Champion a culture of sales excellence while maintaining Pegasus Senior Living's commitment to ethical, relationship-based selling that prioritizes resident needs.
